Quality Assurance Officer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer for our production site in Boxmeer. If you have several years of experience in Quality and want to work for a leading and growing organization in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for you!

In Short

• Advise, support, and approve installation, qualification, and validation of equipment.
• Support root cause investigations and approve documented investigations for deviations.
• Review and approve standard production documentation and protocols.
• Work closely with Qualified Persons and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Implement quality policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Support training initiatives.
• Manage compliance activities and maintain validated status of GMP processes.
• Contribute to process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education with a solid foundation in relevant fields.
• Knowledge and experience in biological and/or pharmaceutical chemical production processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A keen eye for safety and continuous process improvement.
