• Develop comprehensive QA strategies with both automated and manual testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Lead the team to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of testing environments and tools.
• Manage and evolve bug tracking and resolution processes.
• Stay current with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in QA management.
• Experience managing managers.
• Implemented automation frameworks from scratch.
• Background in manual and automation testing across various platforms.
• Experience in building proactive automation strategies.
• Experience in cross-platform, product-focused, B2C companies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
