In Short

• We’re growing fast and looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.
• You will run our Quality program across Sales and Service.
• Keep us compliant, lift sales quality, and reduce E&O risk.
• Partner with leaders, tune our AI-driven QA stack.
• Analyze QA data and reports to spot trends.
• Manage the offshore QA team.
• Maintain and evolve quality rubrics and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools and systems is required.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
• Compensation at the 75th+ percentile of the market.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in contact center QA with program ownership.
• Experience with tools like Talkdesk, Kustomer, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
• Proven success designing and calibrating QA rubrics.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
