Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager provides overall leadership and direction for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Enterprise IT Operations & Maintenance (EIT O&M) program, managing multidisciplinary teams supporting enterprise data centers, applications, cybersecurity, and end-user services for a nationwide federal healthcare network.

In Short

• Lead overall program execution, resource management, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the COR, Contracting Officer, and IHS OIT leadership.
• Oversee project planning, SLAs, and deliverables across all task areas.
• Manage risk, change control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain key program documentation including management, quality control, and tactical operations plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of IT program/project management experience, including 5 years on federal IT O&M contracts.
• PMP or PgMP certification (required); ITIL v4 Foundation (required within 90 days).
• Proven experience managing large, complex federal IT service contracts.
