Finance Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst on Motive’s Vendor Finance team, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and our Lending Partners. The role involves coordinating deal processing with sales stakeholders and prospective customers, helping land deals for customers while bringing cash to the business.

In Short

• Consult with internal cross-functional partners to process deals.
• Work with external lending partners to provide necessary information and documentation.
• Develop documents per deal to ensure order management has requisite materials.
• Track, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on deals in the deal pipeline.
• Communicate internally & externally on strategy, process, and financial information relevant to the deal.
• Provide consultative opinions to GTM leadership on positioning VF deals.
• Perform deal pricing analyses in Excel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, sales operations, or pricing background.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Experience managing a team or leading projects.
• Detail-oriented with proven data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with sales and internal departments.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
