Overview

The Operations & Finance Analyst will work on a major transformation and restructuring programme in the Manufacturing and FMCG sector, focusing on financial analysis and process optimization.

In Short

• Analyze company accounts and financial data.
• Support the Finance Lead in identifying gaps in financial systems.
• Conduct benchmarking of financial practices.
• Prepare gap analysis reports for informed decision-making.
• Recommend process improvements in financial systems.
• Create and redesign business processes as needed.
• Facilitate workshops run by the Project Lead.
• Update project data as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Travel to Iraq may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements.
• Experience with process improvements.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Excellent MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in the Middle East.
