Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in power generation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with engineering studies and FEEDs.
• Strong understanding of grid interconnection and DER integration.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead technical teams collaboratively.
• Experience with U.S. market preferred.
• Nuclear power experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of decarbonization technologies is a plus.
• Able to work within a ‘seller-doer’ model.
