Overview

The Enterprise Tool Developer and Quality Support Specialist will drive improvements to an enterprise-wide business tool, providing support and development for tool changes and enhancements.

In Short

  • Develop and deploy tool changes as requested.
  • Provide day-to-day tool support.
  • Collaborate with the system lead on new features.
  • Participate in tool improvement planning.
  • Assist in customer interactions regarding tool issues.
  • Develop test methods and test schemes for tool changes.
  • Support cross-functional partnerships for change assessments.
  • Evaluate and implement changes impacting operations.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy in work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in relevant programming languages.
  • US Citizenship required due to ITAR.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data structures and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with Java, JBOSS, and Linux.
  • Ability to identify improvements with Linux scripts.
  • Experience with Oracle database design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, especially Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
