Overview

Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and to help us with our Mexican clients. A successful candidate will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies, guide Broadvoice’s customers to their desired outcomes, and drive value.

In Short

  • Identify customer operational needs.
  • Identify campaigns/services to be implemented for existing customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure customer autonomy through training and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and customer-side stakeholders.
  • Conduct product Road Show actions for GoContact.
  • Monitor business objectives and audit results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in driving successful client engagement.
  • Experience in handling difficult business challenges.
  • Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to build successful senior-level business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer business structures and needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io, etc.).
