Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at BenchPrep, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and drive the adoption of our product suite, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.
  • Achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Participate in company retreats and customer visits.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Experience with technical products and integrations.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Flexibility with changing job duties.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passion for training customers and internal teams.
  • Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
