Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager at BenchPrep is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with customers, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

  • Achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through excellent service.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure their success on the platform.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs.
  • Participate in company retreats and maintain a flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with technical products and integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Passion for customer training and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
