Overview

Broadvoice is seeking an experienced CX Channel Manager to join our growing GoContact team! We are looking for a plug-and-play individual — someone who already has a strong network of trusted partners in the channel and a proven track record of nurturing and expanding those relationships. You will play a critical role in driving growth through both existing and newly recruited top CX-focused partners.

In Short

  • Leverage existing network to drive new opportunities with top-tier CX partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TSBs and MAMs.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic CX partners.
  • Provide training and support to partners on GoContact solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners on customer opportunities.
  • Host partner and customer-facing events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partner strategies.
  • Deliver forecasts and strategic plans to leadership.
  • Travel as needed to meet with partners and customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales.
  • Established relationships with channel partners.
  • Background in CCaaS and/or UCaaS solutions preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable hosting events and meetings.
