Overview

ControlUp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to develop, maintain and expand our partner ecosystem within the German market, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively sell our products.

In Short

  • Develop and expand partner ecosystem in Germany.
  • Recruit and support channel partners.
  • Provide sales enablement tools and training.
  • Execute partner business strategies and marketing plans.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor channel sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage partner agreements and compliance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
  • Travel within Germany may be required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience in channel sales.
  • Strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) category.
  • Minimum of 5 years of channel or sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with German business culture.
