Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to drive our channel partner and business development efforts at Effortless Office, a leading Managed Service Provider.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Provide channel partners with tailored sales and technical enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for partner-focused initiatives.
  • Track and report on channel partner performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Proven track record in building and managing channel partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools is a plus.
