The IT Tech Support - Tier 1 Analyst role focuses on providing superior support to end-users in a remote environment, ensuring a smooth IT experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of IT, Help Desk, or MSP experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A passion for IT.
  • Knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL is a plus.
  • Competency certifications (Microsoft, VMWare) are a plus.
