In Short

  • MTS is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with EPIC support experience.
  • The main goal is to resolve Epic and technical support issues on the first call.
  • This position is currently remote.
  • Provide level 1 & 2 remote Epic and technical support.
  • Evaluate incoming tickets and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain professional communications with customers.
  • Adhere to IT change control policies and procedures.
  • Comply with HIPAA and Cybersecurity Frameworks guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Industry Certifications preferred.
  • 2 or more years of related experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
