Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • eCW Certifications preferred.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting eCW workflow issues.
  • Technical understanding of web application server architecture.
  • Understanding of MySQL, MS SQL, and SFTP architecture.
  • Basic troubleshooting of Windows and network issues.
  • Basic understanding of eClinicalWorks software.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
