Epic Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Epic Project Manager will oversee the implementation and upgrade of the Epic May 2024 Upgrade Project, ensuring coordination of various project activities and effective communication with business leaders.

• Oversee implementation of Service Authorizations and SSO Integration.
• Coordinate project activities using Epic resources and tools.

• Fully remote position with PST working hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large scale Epic implementation projects.
• Experience with Epic tools: Orion, Galaxy, Nova, and Sherlock.
• Ability to manage project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Experience in health plan or managed care settings preferred.
• Prior training with Epic implementation.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Project.
• Ability to work with resource managers for resource availability.
• Track record of timely project delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health plan workflows is a plus.
