Overview

The client is seeking an Epic Application Coordinator for the implementation and post-live stabilization of a new facility using Epic (HealthLink) as the Electronic Medical Record.

In Short

• Full-time, contract position.
• 3+ years of Epic application build and implementation experience required.
• Collaboration with operational leadership for workflow documentation.
• Define and execute new or revised workflows within the Epic system.
• Maintain integration workflows with third-party applications.
• Test and assess the accuracy of defined workflows.
• Provide guidance on workflow optimization for future phases.
• Flexible work hours, must work PST time.
• Contract term of 5 months.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Epic application build and implementation experience.
• Certification in the Epic Radiant application.
• Experience in business analysis and project management.
• Ability to lead tasks with minimal guidance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
