In Short

  • Looking for an L3 support analyst for the Employer Success escalated support team.
  • Help solve problems at a low level and direct issues to responsible teams.
  • Ensure users receive the help they need efficiently.
  • Work closely with Support Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Engineers.
  • Interact with business areas and level 2 support to clarify escalated tickets.
  • Modify/maintain existing code to correct errors and improve performance.
  • Classify, monitor, and organize tickets according to root causes.
  • Provide documentation to prevent new escalated tickets.
  • Provide input for better support processes.

Requirements

  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong organization, discipline, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience diagnosing technical issues and interacting with support teams.
  • Proficient in back-end programming languages, mainly Go and Python.
  • Solid understanding of REST API design and development.
  • Experience with API security standards (OAuth).
  • Good experience with API frameworks.
  • Integration of multiple data sources into one system.
  • Experience with AWS as a cloud provider.
