Finance Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will manage employer relationships regarding payroll adjustments and repayments, ensuring timely payments and enhancing customer experience.

In Short

• Own the accounts receivable process for a dedicated set of customer accounts.
• Reconcile payments from employers with their corresponding invoices.
• Coordinate with employers for timely adjustments and payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Serve as a key customer contact on EWA workflow issues.
• Evaluate and improve current processes with Product and Engineering teams.
• Produce internal and external reporting related to repayments.
• Identify opportunities to decrease loss and time to pay for employer accounts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in building customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; startup experience is a plus.
• Bonus for familiarity with enterprise CRM.
