Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience managing computers through Intune and Jamf.
• Fluency in troubleshooting Windows, Macintosh, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Zoom, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Jamf Pro, Adobe, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing between 20 and 30 pounds.
