In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions for large-scale datasets.
• Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements.
• Optimize database performance through various strategies.
• Build infrastructure using cloud platforms ensuring scalability.
• Develop and maintain data documentation and governance processes.
• Support real-time data processing and streaming analytics.
• Champion data engineering best practices.
• Work closely with engineering teams for event tracking and logging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and strong PostgreSQL experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
• Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.).
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
