Overview

Xello is looking for an Employer Liaison who is a highly driven individual with integrity, a great work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role involves initiating outreach and cultivating relationships with employers in New Hampshire to promote work-based learning programs.

• Engage with employers across New Hampshire to ignite excitement about Xello.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and partner organizations.
• Present Xello and the New Hampshire work-based learning initiative to business prospects.
• Provide ongoing support for partnered employers to sustain engagement.
• Educate employers about best practices for work-based learning opportunities.
• Initiate and manage an employer advisory council for work-based learning.
• Collaborate with Xello leaders to refine employer recruitment strategy.
• Gather feedback from employers to improve the WBL experience.
• Develop resources to support educators, employers, students, and families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful program implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated sales or relevant outreach experience.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong record of success driven by high motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning new solutions and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency with G Suite.
