Overview

We are currently seeking an Employment Lawyer with 3-6+ years of in-house experience, focused on drafting and negotiating comprehensive employment agreements.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience as an employment lawyer in-house.
• Proven ability to counsel clients on complex employment issues.
• Active license to practice law in Ontario.
• Experience with collective bargaining and union negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
