Sustainability Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking ESG Attorneys to work with our top F500 clients, advising on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks.

In Short

• Advise on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks.
• Support ESG reporting and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Partner with compliance, finance, and operations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments.
• Translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
• Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience in ESG or environmental law.
• Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Licensed and good standing as an attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental, or corporate governance law.
• Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex legal concepts.
