Overview

FOLX is looking for an experienced VP, Employer Sales with a strong track record to oversee our B2B sales efforts. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and championing our mission of delivering tailored healthcare solutions for the LGBTQIA community.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the overall enterprise sales strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Serve as a key advocate for LGBTQIA-focused healthcare solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in health-related solutions.
  • Experience with early stage start-ups, preferably digital health organizations.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data reporting.
  • Strong network of benefits leaders and consultants.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Mission-driven with a passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
