Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in climate finance or renewable energy.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in sales tools and platforms.
  • Experience in sub-Saharan Africa is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Must have permanent work authorization.
