Overview

The VP of Sales will lead SafelyYou’s Net New Sales organization, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the performance of the enterprise sales team while growing new areas of the business.

In Short

  • Lead the enterprise sales team and ensure its success.
  • Grow and develop new business areas.

  • Define lead generation processes and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation optimization.
  • Architect scalable sales processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in process creation and operational rigor.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
