In Short

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management, for key clients.
  • Optimise sales processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and progress towards targets, reporting regularly to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and goals in collaboration with leadership and hold the team accountable to targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong background in managing and optimising B2B sales pipelines, with proven experience in both high volume inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales automation tools to drive pipeline visibility and sales performance.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, scaling sales teams, and managing a complex sales cycle.
  • Experience in building and refining sales processes and methodologies, from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong outbound sales experience, with a deep understanding of lead qualification, cold outreach, and building sales pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound sales strategies, including content-driven lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion tactics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
