Overview

BlastPoint is seeking a revenue leader with very strong hunter tendencies who (within the last 3 years) created demand and managed accounts for enterprise software products leading a high-performing team - bonus points for products that were AI/ML powered.

In Short

  • Drive and exceed the company's revenue targets
  • Lead, develop and grow the sales team
  • Carry your own book of business while managing the team
  • Refine the sales process and pipeline management systems
  • Drive strategic deals and help the team navigate complex sales cycles
  • Create and implement sales training programs
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Report to the board on sales metrics and growth strategies
  • Travel to meet with strategic prospects and clients face-to-face
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience scaling a sales team during a hyper growth phase
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Capability for understanding and explaining technology
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
