Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through successful software implementations while coordinating efforts across technical and customer-facing teams.

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Communicate regularly with clients about project progress.
• Facilitate technical discussions between internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of using data to solve business problems.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Technical acumen to communicate with stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Asana or project management tools.
• PMP certification preferred.
