Overview

As a Business Data Analyst at BlastPoint, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between data and customer decision-making, requiring a unique blend of technical aptitude, business acumen, and communication skills.

In Short

• Engage with Customer Success and Data teams to develop business-focused data solutions.
• Convert data insights into visually engaging presentations.
• Identify and address gaps in client data necessary for analysis.
• Leverage proprietary tools for data transformation and analysis.
• Conduct quality control checks on all data prior to client presentations.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Adapt and expand responsibilities as the role evolves.
• Become a power user of the BlastPoint platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success in platform staging.
• Support upstream platform onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in spreadsheet or BI software.
• Strong grasp of data analysis from a business perspective.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to accommodate US-based customer time zones.
• Independent work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Subject to a background check.
