In Short

• Part-time internship for 12 weeks from June 9, 2025, to August 29, 2025.
• Contribute to Nithio’s Analytics team.
• Analyze and model diverse types of data.
• Prepare analytical products like presentations and briefings.
• Research methods in data science and geospatial analytics.
• Support development of machine learning applications and dashboards.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program.
• Training in statistical methods and machine learning.
• Experience with financial modeling is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Requirements

• Intermediate statistical software skills (ideally R).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience cleaning and organizing data.
• Strong research skills, including literature reviews.
• Eye for crafting effective data visualizations.
• Interest or experience in Africa or emerging markets preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Permanent work authorization required.
