In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the South Region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team.
  • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership.
  • Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 annually.
  • Commission eligible.
  • Participation in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
