In Short

  • Hire, onboard, retain, and develop a world-class decentralized sales team
  • Collaborate to deliver Cobalt’s EMEA sales strategy
  • Develop and execute against targeted sales plan
  • Seamlessly integrate the sales organization with other functional areas
  • Build and train new employees in Cobalt’s sales practices
  • Develop strategic industry partnerships
  • Maintain and improve existing practices, processes and tools
  • Provide sales leadership with strategic target accounts
  • Develop a clear multichannel go-to-market strategy
  • Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure and metrics

Requirements

  • 15+ years B2B sales experience, with expertise in selling cybersecurity products and services
  • Proven success building and scaling inside, direct and channel sales teams
  • Experience selling in the SMB, mid-market and enterprise markets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make decisions and adapt quickly
  • Deep understanding of solutions selling
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing security buyers
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional GTM skills
  • Proven ability to sell cybersecurity products and services
  • Skilled at motivating and leading sales teams
  • A fast learner with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Proactive and fearless in seeking and securing new business opportunities
