Overview

The Customer Success Manager will own deployments of devices and nurture existing accounts toward expansion, coordinating logistics and guiding technical onboarding.

In Short

  • Manage device installations and coordinate logistics.
  • Lead software setup and user training sessions.
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customer portfolio.
  • Resolve technical escalations quickly.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and drive usage campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on feature requests.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in SaaS/hardware implementation or customer success.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and hands-on fieldwork.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
