The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in growing our client base and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction in a fast-growing headhunting agency.

• Act as the first point of contact for new business leads
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industries
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates and service improvements
• Manage contracts, renewals, and performance check-ins
• Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvements
• Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews
• Help develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as needed
