Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Zscaler will be responsible for managing ongoing customer relationships, driving adoption and value, and promoting upsell opportunities within a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Own ongoing customer relationships and drive product adoption.
  • Facilitate security and resilience audits.
  • Deliver data-driven business reviews to demonstrate value.
  • Mitigate deployment challenges using internal resources.
  • Engage with customers both on-site and remotely.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role in networking/security.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Technical background in Internet and Security technologies preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cyber security is advantageous.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success/Technical Account Management.
  • Skills in Networking, IT Infrastructure or Security.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
