As a Technical Team Lead at Darkhorse Tech, you will provide guidance and support to service technicians, ensuring exemplary customer service and driving team performance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technician questions and issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows scripting and Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with Cisco networks
• 1-2 years of tech support and leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
