Requirements

  • 1-2 years of tech support experience.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Understanding of Cisco networks.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage others.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
