Overview

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will provide an outstanding call experience to patients and providers, ensuring that their requests are completed with sensitivity and urgency.

In Short

  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM processes and documentation.
  • Manage ticket/email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as assigned.
  • Participate in meetings and training via Zoom.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer service.
