Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Resourcefulness and emotional intelligence in problem-solving.
  • Experience with health insurance and financial counseling preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts required.
