Overview

The Customer Care Advocate at Rockwell Automation is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support, engaging with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance loyalty.

  • Provide continuous quality customer service.

  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to orders.
  • Manage customer product returns and warranty claims.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain processes.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Service or Contact Center roles.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and Spanish, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to address unexpected situations.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ethical behavior and integrity.
