Requirements

  • Experience in evaluating customer experience systems.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Experience in documenting customer issues.
  • Proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Understanding of customer experience metrics.
  • Ability to propose alternative solutions.
