Distributor Manager - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of partners to grow Rockwell Automation's business in the Automation Industry, working closely with distributors and customers.

In Short

• Achieve Annual Operating Plan/targets for allocated partners and territory.
• Forecast sales for month, quarter, and year.
• Work cohesively within an ecosystem to deliver distributor growth.
• Create and conduct partner-led marketing activities.
• Manage and review partner performance.
• Enhance partner market-making capabilities.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Report to the Partner Strategy and Sales Leader.
• Open to relocation anywhere in India.
• Work from Mumbai/Chennai following hybrid work policy.

Requirements

• B. Tech/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics.
• 8-18 years of experience in selling and managing partners in the Automation Industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Expertise in selling industrial automation products (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by influence.
• Experience in partner management.
• Able to handle complexity.
