Overview

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude and listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cable, TV, internet, and phone services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills and knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mathematical ability for basic transactions.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use office equipment.
  • Telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
