In Short

  • Own all customer relationships throughout the contract.
  • Be the primary interface between customers and the team.
  • Ensure full user adoption and long-term relationships.
  • Interpret complex data sources for user optimization.
  • Partner with teams to develop case studies and success stories.
  • Actively listen and solve customer challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving to overcome internal roadblocks.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Work remotely with a preference for candidates in CA or DC/VA.
  • 3-7 years of experience in customer support for technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or military.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software.
  • Ability to synthesize user feedback.
  • Track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Located on the West Coast, California preferred.
