Overview

The Healthcare Operations Manager significantly contributes to sustainable growth and client retention by establishing and enhancing processes, managing new initiatives, supporting training and upskilling, and driving change success.

In Short

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the Account Management department and overall company vision and objectives.
  • Understand workflows and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
  • Accountable for assigned projects and operational collaboration during execution of new or enhanced processes and programs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Clinical, and Member Services teams to execute improvements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to address issues and improve processes.
  • Build and deliver effective change strategies within the Account Management team.
  • Manage risk by bridging interdepartmental gaps and connecting information.
  • Analyze data to drive decision-making and monitor efficiency and quality.
  • Assess quality and effectiveness of processes and service offerings.
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

  • 7 years’ experience in the healthcare space including 5 years focused on operations and business management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and guide the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze complex situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically for interpreting data.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
