Manager, Strategic Care Operations (Healthcare) - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Strategic Care Operations (Healthcare) is a critical leadership support role providing high-level operational, strategic, and solution design and business analysis support across a multi-state region encompassing more than 10 health care business operations/clinics (care communities). This role requires a highly organized, strategic and tactical operational thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, and a proven ability to manage complex care operations.

• Travel Requirements: Local and national travel required - up to 25%
• Reports to: Chief Experience Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting and operations management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient management consultant skills related to business planning and problem solving.
• Experience in service design and digital communication channels.
